Planning a surprise party or a birthday dinner with everyone on the guest list? Use these party balloons beside the entrance, near the cake, or in a bouquet by the bar. This Bold Varsity version has a strong lettered style for a retro birthday theme, with navy among the available colors as well as black, white, and mixed combinations.
