Shipping & Production

How long before my order ships?
Orders typically ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday.

Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, faster shipping options may be available. If you are on a tight timeline, please contact us before placing your order so we can review available options.

Who do you use for shipping?
We ship the majority of orders via USPS. Alternative carriers may be available upon request. Standard shipping is typically 3–5 business days. All orders ship from Michigan.

Product Questions

Balloons

How are the balloons shipped?
All balloons ship flat and uninflated to ensure safe delivery. They can be filled with air or helium once received.

How long do the balloons last once inflated?
When filled with helium, balloons typically last 8–12 hours. Weather and temperature conditions may affect float time. When filled with air, balloons can last several days or longer.

What is the quality of your balloons?
Our balloons are made with high-quality latex and are carefully tested during the screen-printing process to ensure consistency and durability. They measure 12 inches when inflated, offering a fuller look than standard balloons.

Napkins

What type of napkins do you use?
We use premium 3-ply, pin-embossed cocktail napkins and offer a variety of napkin colors and foil options. Foil stamping adds a polished, high-end look. Napkins are not microwave safe due to the foil.

Can I personalize the napkins?
Napkins are sold as shown in each listing. Personalization may be available upon request but requires additional production time and cost due to the creation of a custom metal stamping die. Please contact us before ordering to discuss options.

Cups

Does the design come off the cups?
No. Our cups are professionally screen printed, so the design will not peel or wash away. Cups are reusable, BPA-free, and dishwasher safe (top rack only).

Returns & Order Issues

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are often made to order or customized, we do not accept returns on napkins, balloons, or cups. However, if your order arrives damaged, late, or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
